Structuring Your Sessions

• We will agree a frequency of consultancy sessions per week/ month and what each session will consist of. Planning ahead of time.
• You may want to agree to a specific number of sessions each week/ month, however be more reactive to when and what information is shared & discussed in each session. That's fine.

Session Delivery

• The minimum session time is 1 hour and you can add sessions together into blocks should you want me to run 3 hours sales training for example.
• Sessions can be in person at site or if preferred and more time productive via Teams or other meeting platforms.
